At by Crea, we take pride in our handcrafted furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece doesn't perfectly fit your home, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it in its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our studio safely.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  We will arrange a courier to collect the package from your address or provide you with a prepaid shipping label for smaller decor items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
